Refund Policy

At Project Paced, we provide a 7-day free trial specifically so you can test our visualization and AI tools before committing to a paid plan.
1. Digital Content Waiver
By upgrading to a Professional subscription, you request immediate access to our full suite of digital tools and AI generation features. You acknowledge that because these services are rendered immediately upon use, your statutory 14-day "cooling-off" period is waived once you have significantly utilized the service.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
We generally do not offer refunds once a paid billing cycle has begun. However, we will consider refund requests within 14 days of your initial purchase in the following circumstances:
- Minimal Usage: You have generated fewer than 3 AI milestones and have not utilized the "Export History" feature for professional downloads (PNG/SVG/CSV).
- Technical Failure: You experienced a verified system error that prevented you from using the core visualization or export tools, and our support team was unable to provide a "repair or replacement" (fix) within a reasonable timeframe.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing the Stripe Customer Portal found in the 'My Profile' menu.
- End of Cycle: Upon cancellation, you will retain "Professional Access" until the end of your current billing period.
- No Partial Refunds: We do not provide pro-rata or partial refunds for unused days or unused AI generation allowances within a billing month.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you meet the criteria for a refund due to a technical fault, please contact support@projectpaced.com with your account email and a description of the issue.
