Accessibility Statement

Last updated: February 13, 2026

Project Paced Ltd is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards, specifically the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 Level AA.

1. Measures to Support Accessibility

Project Paced Ltd takes the following measures to ensure accessibility:

  • We include accessibility as part of our internal design and development process.
  • We utilize automated testing tools (such as Lighthouse and Axe) to identify barriers during production.
  • We provide alternative text for all meaningful images and ensure high color contrast across our core user interface.

2. Compliance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

Project Paced is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 level AA. "Partially compliant" means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.

3. Known Technical Limitations

Despite our best efforts, users may experience some issues. We are currently working on the following:

  • Visual Timelines (SVG/PNG): Our generated timeline visualizations are complex graphical elements. While we provide CSV summaries for data access, the visual charts themselves may not yet be fully interpretable by all screen readers.
  • Focus States: Some interactive elements in the drag-and-drop editor may have focus indicators that do not meet the enhanced contrast requirements of WCAG 2.2.
  • Keyboard Navigation: While most of the app is navigable via keyboard, certain complex scheduling interactions may still require a mouse or touch input.

4. Feedback & Contact Information

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Project Paced. Please let us know if you encounter accessibility barriers:

  • Email: support@projectpaced.com
  • Registered Address: Project Paced Ltd, International House, 64 Nile Street, London, N1 7SR, United Kingdom.

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days.

5. Enforcement Procedure

The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is responsible for enforcing the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018 (the 'accessibility regulations') in the UK. If you are not happy with how we respond to your complaint, contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).

6. Assessment Method

Project Paced Ltd assessed the accessibility of the Service through self-evaluation and the use of automated testing suites.
